  4. End Milling – This is the stage of milling and preparing the end parts of the PVC profiles in the frame so that the profiles in the middle part of the frame fit perfectly.

 

Once the listed activities are completed, the profiles are considered ready for assembly into frames and sashes. These steps are performed on welding and corner cleaning machines.

 

  1. The optimum result, which ensures the high strength and precision of the joints, is achieved when all the joints of the frame or leaf are connected at the same time. That is, all 4 corner joints must be made at the same time. This can only be achieved with automated equipment. The fusion of profiles is carried out at high temperature and pressure. If the optimum welding mode is violated, the quality of the joints will be unsatisfactory.

 

To achieve the desired parameters, special Teflon elements are lowered into tightly fixed gaps between the parts of the PVC profiles, which melt the plastic. After reaching the desired temperature, the non-stick coated plates rise rapidly and all parts are simultaneously pressed together and held until the plastic is completely combined.

 

  1. As the molten plastic is partially squeezed when joining the PVC parts, the joints appear very rough after the profiles are fused. The frames  and wings appear to be covered with extensive marks at the corners. In order to give the structures a normal appearance, all the plastic coming out is removed using a special milling machine.Thanks to this procedure, the frame and wings made of PVC profiles gain a smooth appearance.

  1. FULL CNC, PVC and Aluminum processing machine park: It is the machine park where some machines can produce with double heads and some with Full cnc. Although the installation cost may seem high at first glance, it can be considered as the most accurate investment since the production speed is high, human labor is low and production is at an optimum level.
